RIP David Atlas
Mourning the loss of one of our own today, David Atlas. I just received word from his best friend Michael that David passed away suddenly yesterday. My condolences to his friends, family and children. David was a fixture on the NYC concert scene for many years, shooting for Rolling Stone and many other places as well as being a Partner in a NYC Law Firm. RIP David

I knew David very briefly when we shared office space in NYC. Even as someone who occupied a very peripheral part of his life, I am shocked and terribly saddened by this news. He sent me a bunch of great photos he took of Metallica - he knew they were my favorite band. Such a talented photographer and as a result, a very 'cool' lawyer. Very sad. My heart goes out to his wife, his family and his friends.
